3. Time frame for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within [5] days of the product’s delivery date. Also an Extension window of (11) days during festival seasons  for returns is granted as specified at required occasion. Also an exceptional added extension window of (5+1) days as per Govt. Norms for returns of products, is granted.  Returns requested beyond this time frame may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will promptly notify you of the status of your refund request.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within [10 working ] days from refunds approval date.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return results from an error on our part or if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • In the event you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please promptly contact our dedicated customer support team within [1] days of receiving the product. Also please attach a 10 seconds Video of process of un-packaging the packet or parcel to enable us deciding the responsibility for the damage.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within [24] hours of placement, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return procedure will be applicable.
